Return / Complaint

Here you can download a free return label. 

Please pack the goods properly and stick the return label on the package. Since we do not enclose any papers in our packages for sustainability reasons, please print out the order confirmation or invoice and enclose it with the return. Please make sure that the order number T..... is listed there. 

You can drop off your package at a Deutsche Post branch. For smaller parcels, it is often also possible to hand in the parcel at a Packstation. Please check in advance at www.DHL.de whether your parcel is suitable for this. 

Used goods cannot be exchanged.

We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible. Normally it takes up to 10 days after receipt of goods in our warehouse until we arrange the refund. 

In the vacation season or over the vacations we would like to ask you for a little more patience.

If you have to wait longer than 14 days after the goods have been received in our warehouse, please send us an email to hello@travelite.com.
