The sweepstakes are carried out by travelite GmbH & Co. KG - depending on the sweepstakes in cooperation with various partners (cooperation partners), which basically provide the prizes for the sweepstakes (prize sponsor).
§2 Participation
(1) Persons of legal age are eligible to participate.
(2) A person participates in the sweepstakes by performing the action required depending on the sweepstakes to participate in a timely manner. This involves liking and commenting on the post. § 3 Exclusion from the sweepstakes
(1) Employees of travelite GmbH & Co. KG and the participating cooperation partners and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.
(2) In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, travelite GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.
(3) Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. If necessary, winnings can also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed in these cases.
(4) Anyone who provides untrue personal information can be excluded from the competition.
§ 4 Execution and settlement
(1) The sweepstakes period is the time frame defined in each sweepstakes call.
The winners will be notified by travelite GmbH & Co. KG following the sweepstakes by private message. The travelite GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to transmit the data of the winner to the - if available - cooperation partner, so as to enable the delivery of the prize.
MThe winner does not report within 2 weeks after sending the notification, the claim to the prize expires.
(2) The item presented as a prize in the sweepstakes is not necessarily identical to the item won. Rather, there may be deviations with regard to the model, color, size or the like.
(3) In the case of travel & stay prizes, the settlement, unless otherwise communicated, will take place exclusively in direct contact between the winner and the name of the establishment. Unless a travel date is already specified in the sweepstakes itself, the date setting for the trip is solely reserved to the name of the establishment. There is no entitlement to a specific travel date. Upon confirmation of the trip, the winner is subject to the travel conditions of the hotel.
The arrival and departure to the name and address of the establishment will be at the expense of the winner, unless otherwise stated in the competition or expressly agreed. The same applies to all costs incurred during the trip (minibar, telephone, etc.).
The value of the trip in the draw text is subject to seasonal variations, depending on the time of provision and use of the trip. A compensation for this difference in value is excluded.
(4) A cash payment of the winnings or any prize replacement is not possible in any case.

travelite GmbH & Co. KG undertakes to comply with all national and European data protection regulations within the scope of the competition. The right to revoke a data protection consent remains unaffected.
